After a week of failures, no shows, and broken promises from other responsible parties and local plumbers, Plumbline saved the day. Tim beat me to the house and had the problem solved in just a few short minutes. Tim did more than he had to, kept me well informed every step, and was solidly on point.
We needed a repair done on our main water line and called Dan early in the afternoon. He answered right away and was able to send a technician out almost immediately. The technician (Tim) was friendly and very competent. He made short work of the repair and did an excellent job. We were very pleased at not only getting the work done quickly, but also at less than half the price quoted by the first place we had come out. We highly recommend this local business!
Our plumbing started backing up; it was bad. We called our warranty to fix it, as it was covered, but the plumber they sent charged us a fee to only effectively make the problem worse and ended up forcing us out of our new home for a week.
